Back to School: All About Me Tri-fold

So here I am getting ready for the whole Back-to-School jam! Made this handy tri-fold for the students to complete the first week of school. I figured I could use the pieces afterward in these wonderful ways...

1. Center - students match photos of each student to their brochure on a bulletin board.
2. Open House - made into a Class Book, the tri-folds and photos together can be a welcoming product to show parents.
3. Take-Home Book - students can take turns bring the book home to read with family about their new classmates
