Like you, I love to be organized. That being said, I sure do love a binder. I have a few that I keep the same every year, like:
- Professional Information: Good to organize your evaluation results, contracts, and time-off requests.
- Teaching Portfolio: Using your districts evaluation rubric, it's good to save examples of lessons and student work that prove your worth. :)
These binders change every year:
- Data Notebook
- Lesson Plans
- Student Information and Parent Contact
